Marcie Davis

A native New Yorker, Marcie grew up on the north shore of Long Island, graduated from New York University and lived in Manhattan's Greenwich Village for over 20 years before moving back to Long Island and finally to Park City, UT. As a former high-powered Executive Vice President for a public retail company grossing over $400 million in sales, Marcie's responsibilities included all administrative areas of the company. She was chief negotiator for all multi-million dollar lending agreements with commercial banks, has been involved with the purchase and sale of almost 50 commercial real estate locations, and has broad experience with lease negotiation. This extensive involvement in real estate led to an interest in the Park City real estate market. Marcie was the Branch Broker for Summit Sotheby's in the Historic Old Town/Main Street branch of Summit Sotheby's International Realty for three years and is now an Associate Broker with an office at the Park Avenue branch. She is active in all areas of the Park City real estate market with a particular focus on upper-end residential property. She has consistently been a member of the top producers, both at Lewis, Wolcott & Dornbush Real Estate (the precursor to Summit Sotheby's International Realty) and Summit Sotheby's International Realty. In 2000, Marcie & her family came for an extended vacation and never left. They now live on the lake in Northshore, one of the Silver Springs communities. They enjoy skiing, golf, horseback riding and cooking. In addition, they currently own Java Cow Cafe & Bakery on Main Street in Historic Old Town and I LOVE MOO at Kimball Junction. Marcie also donates her time to several non-profit organizations including the Park City Board of Realtors as a Director since 2011 and serving as Treasurer in 2012, President-Elect in 2013 and President in 2014, Past President in 2015 and now remains on the MLS Committee, Forms Committee and Statistics Committee. She also served as a Director of the Utah Association of Realtors in from 2013-2014 and continues as a member of the Grievance Committee for the Utah Association of Realtors. Last, but not least, she is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Park City Museum. If you are looking for a well-rounded, knowledgeable Realtor who knows the Park City and surrounding markets exceedingly well, call Marcie.
